The Pinnacle, Central Milton Keynes
We are delighted to report that work is progressing well at The Pinnacle. The Pinnacle is a prestigious landmark office building and the biggest development in Milton Keynes in over 25 years.
Managing Director, Richard Goodenough said: “We are delighted to have been appointed on this prestigious 250,000 sq ft high tech business centre. The building has achieved a BRE (Building Research Establishment) rating of ‘Excellent’ and sets new standards in sustainability for buildings of this type”. We are also project managing the turnkey fit out for Deloitte, integrating their specific fit out requirements such as a ground floor Coffee Bar and first floor ‘re-heat kitchen’ to service meeting suites, into the base build building.
The base build includes a dedicated high quality reception, comfort cooling and PIR activated lighting to the offices. With a construction period of 97 weeks the whole building is due for completion at the end June 2009.
