Goodrich acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for Hampton Brook Estates on a prestigious landmark office building providing 205,000 sq ft of nett lettable space and the biggest office development in Milton Keynes in over 25 years. The Pinnacle achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ rating, and went on to attain the Sustainable Achievement Award at the Property Week’s Office Development Awards 2009.
