Goodrich Projects acted as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor for Client Cedar House Investments on a local office development scheme at Swan Valley, Northampton. The project is a four phase development comprising the design and construction of fifteen detached two storey buildings providing office units ranging in size from 1,500 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft.
