The development of this brownfield site comprised the design and construction of 11 light industrial units totalling 98,954 sq ft and office units totalling 17,741 sq ft in either a terraced or stand alone arrangement. The units are of a much higher quality than would normally be expected for this type of development and feature terracotta tiled cladding panels and brise soleil. The quality of the development reflects the prominent position of the site in Welwyn Garden City.
