Pinnacle Office Development In Milton Keynes Wins Sustainability Award At The Property Week Office Awards 2009!
The Pinnacle in Central Milton Keynes won an award at Property Week’s Office Development Awards 2009. The announcement was made at the Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Hampton Brook Estates’ prestigious office development beat four other contenders to scoop the Sustainable Achievement Award.
The award focused on innovations made with regard to sustainability and reduction in carbon footprint of developments. The Pinnacle achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and EPC “A” rating and incorporated many other sustainable initiatives.
