The park covers an area of 22 acres with the potential to provide over 400,000 sq ft of space. Four individual units made up the 72,000 sq ft build of Phase 1. Following its successful completion, Goodrich managed the development of Phase 2 which comprised two detached industrial units, as well as the fit-out works of Unit 10 for Grattan Plc and Unit 12 for Bentley Motors.
