Goodrich Sustainability is acting for the Design and Build Contractor, SDC Construction, as BREEAM advisor on 2 new buildings for Northampton College. The College is completely redeveloping the Booth Lane campus, replacing the existing buildings with a high quality modern design housing state of the art facilities for post 16 learners. A BREEAM rating of Excellent is targeted.
