Goodrich acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on a joint venture scheme between Hampton Brook and CJC Developments, for leading logistics company Great Bear Distribution. Great Bear took occupation of the site, which will provide storage for snack foods and pet food on behalf of Mars in the temperature controlled 464,000 sq ft warehouse, in January 2008.
