Goodrich are acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator for the Co-op on the design and construction of a new Food Distribution Facility in Newhouse, Scotland. Located south west of Junction 6 of the M8, the site will comprise 496,507 sq ft of warehouse, production and office space, including temperature controlled areas for the storage of fresh, chilled and frozen food products as well as significant refrigeration and racking installations. Base build works started on site early November 2009 with the fit-out commencing June 2010.
