Goodrich acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor for Hayley Conference Centres’ flagship Alexandra House Conference Centre, which occupies the former site of the historic Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps hospital at Wroughton, Swindon. The Centre was completed one day early at the end of April 2005 to enable Hayley to open their doors to customers on schedule in May 2005. The Centre offers twenty five conference and training rooms, a restaurant, bars and leisure facilities including a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, fitness and aerobics studio. These complement the 118 traditionally constructed, luxury en suite bedrooms for delegates.
