Darby Investments Ltd appointed Goodrich as Employer’s Agent on the construction of 12 new build flats at 33 Gray Street, Northampton. With a construction period of nine months the development was ready for occupation at the end of January 2008. The town centre location has made access difficult, but each flat has its own designated car parking space.
