In a joint venture development between Graftongate Investments and Highcross, Phase 1 of this four phase development comprised the construction of ten variable sized industrial units totaling 86,000 sq ft, in three segregated blocks with integrated first floor offices and level access entry doors. Prior to construction commencing on site, the existing brick built sports hall and social club, with associated outbuildings, had to be demolished. Site road infrastructure works were also carried out.
