Completion At The Pinnacle!
Having acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for Hampton Brook Estates, Northampton based Goodrich Projects is delighted to report that Practical Completion took place at The Pinnacle MK in July 2009.
The Pinnacle, constructed on the site of an old open air car park in Central Milton Keynes, is a prestigious landmark office building providing 205,000 sq ft of nett lettable space and the biggest office development in Milton Keynes in over 25 years.
The office development is 8 storeys high with the plant room forming the ‘pinnacle’ on the top of the building. Incorporated into the design are 180 underground car parking spaces and over 60 bicycle bays.
