Avery Healthcare’s newly completed 85 bed care home is situated in the Hampton Vale area of Peterborough. Designed with a stunning contemporary façade to complement the surrounding residential area, the home was completed in September 2009, two weeks ahead of schedule. Goodrich acted as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator for Avery on this scheme.
