Goodrich was established in 1992 to offer quality service to private and public sector clients, professional teams, developers and contractors, acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, Construction Cost Consultant, BREEAM Assessor, Sustainability Consultant, Building Surveyor and CDM Co-Ordinator and have all these disciplines ‘in house’. The delivery of our ‘on time, on budget and to the highest quality’ ethos, together with our in house expertise enables us to offer a unique service to our clients. We employ staff from both the Client and Contracting side of the industry and have extensive Design and Build experience.
