Goodrich acted as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator for Debenhams on the fit-out of an existing 666,989 sq ft warehouse in Sherburn, Elmet. The warehouse became fully operational in December 2011.

We are delighted to have been appointed by the Co-operative Group as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator on a 430,000 sq ft cross dock style distribution centre in Avonmouth. Goodrich have also been appointed by the Co-operative Group on the design and construction of a new 478,000 sq ft single storey temperature controlled warehouse/composite distribution centre in Castlewood, Nottinghamshire, due to complete in 2013.

Goodrich has carried out a BREEAM Pre-Assessment on a 20,000 sq ft storage/distribution centre on behalf of Daventry District Council, who are aiming for a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. The new build requires the demolition of some existing industrial units and then construction of the new building'.
